The five stories are:  Zhang Qian Connecting China with the Western Regions, Kumarajiva’s Journey of Preaching Buddhism in China, Xuanzang’s Pilgrimage to India to Seek Buddhist Scriptures, A Marriage of State: Princess Wencheng Entered Tibet, and Phags-pa, the Imperial Preceptor of the Yuan Dynasty.
